We invite you to meet our staff. Philip G. Brumbaugh CPA, CVA Phil has an MBA from St. Louis University and an accounting degree from Washburn University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA`s, the Missouri Society of CPA`s, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Phil is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) which he uses to value small businesses for mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and buy-sell agreements. Phil is well established in the community, having developed a strong reputation for honest, dedicated service to his customers. He has published articles on small business management and tax planning, appeared on a television broadcast regarding start-up basics for small business, served on a committee that examined the budget process for the state of Missouri and made recommendations for improvement and provided financial and computer software seminars to various sized groups of individuals. He has served on bank advisory boards, and he has been an adjunct instructor in a MBA program.  In his free time Phil enjoys riding and caring for his horse, Captain. Kimi L. Butler, CPA Kimi has a BBA degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of Houston where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She is a member of the Missouri Society of CPA's.  She has been with firm since 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector.  Kimi is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor and helps clients utilize their accounting software to the best advantage.  She also specializes in individual and business tax preparation and planning, business plans and financial analysis.  She enjoys spending time with her family and pets and volunteering at her church.   Tammy N. Zimmerman, CPA Tammy has a BBA degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.  She joined the firm in 2004.  She brings a wealth of varied knowledge to the firm with over ten years experience working in public and governmental accounting.  She also taught accounting at a community college.  Tammy specializes in individual and business tax preparation and financial accounting.  She enjoys spending time with her family and attending their sporting events and volunteering at her childrens' school. Sally O. Heining Sally has a BS degree in Business Management from Maryville College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She has been with the firm since 1992 shortly after Phil started the firm. Sally specializes in business accounting including outsourced work, software support and payroll processing.  Whenever she can Sally spends time in her flower garden and playing with her granddaughters. Diane L. Braun Diane has an AAS degree in Accounting from St. Louis Community College at Meramec where she graduated with honors.  She joined the firm in 1995.  She specializes in payroll processing and payroll tax compliance and in accounting for businesses. Diane loves traveling whenever she can and spending time with her family. Sharron Fox Sharron attended University of Missouri at St. Louis for two years.  She was a paralegal for a well known Chicago law firm before joining our firm in January, 2005.  She is the person who usually greets our clients when they stop by the office or call.  Sharron makes sure the office runs smoothly and stays organized.  She keeps the rest of the staff on track.  When not providing these invaluable services Sharron enjoys spending time with her family and scuba diving.
